About the Consortium
STATIONSQUARE Woolloongabba has been formed to guide Station Square into its next phase under new independent leadership.
Established as a project delivery alliance, Station Square Woolloongabba brings together experienced professionals across property, finance, advisory and project delivery to support the future progression of one of Brisbane’s most significant inner-city urban renewal sites.
The alliance has been formed independently of the site’s previous developer and is not a continuation of the former ownership group. Its purpose is to provide a fresh, disciplined and commercially grounded framework for the project as it enters its next phase.
A New Independent Framework
Station Square is a rare and strategically positioned landholding within the Woolloongabba Priority Development Area. Its scale, location and planning context require a considered approach, supported by appropriate expertise across development advisory, capital structuring, planning, project delivery and construction advisory.
Station Square Woolloongabba has been established to bring that capability together under a clear project-specific structure.
Rather than being led by a single legacy developer, the project is being approached through an alliance model designed to draw on specialist experience across the key disciplines required for a complex mixed-use precinct.
